Due to our firm’s expansion, C. Samir & Co. LLC seek to employ one more member of staff:

Litigation Lawyer

Main responsibilities:

  • Appearing before the court and attending law hearings;
  • Handling litigation and extrajudicial cases;
  • Preparing and drafting of legal documents, contracts, opinions and all related legal documents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm;
  • Member of the Cyprus Bar Association;
  • Law degree (LL.B) from a well-known university;
  • Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) will be considered an advantage;
  • Fluency in Greek and English. Russian language will be considered an advantage;
  • Strong computer skills and ability to use software applications effectively.

Larnaca / full-time

A brand new Fusion & Bar Restaurant in Larnaca is looking for a passionate, well-mannered and customer-focused Bar Manager with strong communication skills, formal appearance and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Scheduling bar tenders according to changes in customer demand.
  • Scheduling responsibilities for inventory control.
  • Rescheduling tasks to cover for absent employees.
  • Organizing shifts.
  • Allocating cleaning tasks.
  • Monitor inventory of beverages to ensure adequate stock is maintained and to prevent excess pours or abuse by staff. Requisition purchases as needed.
  • Oversee cleanliness of staff and physical bar area, paying special attention to possible health hazards and code violations.
  • Review sales and beverage costs, and reconcile any discrepancies in accounting. Ensure proper cash management.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to company guidelines.
  • Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure quality of product served.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in similar role
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Extensive beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients to inform customers and wait staff
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Financial management skills
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Knowledge of Greek and English is a must
  • Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality management will be considered an advantage.
